Energy technology start-ups wanted:  Accel-VT climate economy business accelerator now taking applications

September 7, 2017energy and environment, entrepreneurship, news, techElaine

Do you know of any great companies – or are you a start-up — focused on the challenges related to the monitoring and control of distributed energy? Accel-VT will support the development of up to 12 start-up and seed stage high growth businesses over a 12 month period (3 month intensive + 9 months of follow on support). Participants will be exposed to the world-class VIRAL™ accelerator curriculum, developed by Village Capital, which is designed to test assumptions, expose and remediate business vulnerabilities, prepare for significant investment, and provide a platform for rapid scale. Accel-VT will be awarding two $25,000 prizes at the end of the program to participants in the cohort that are looking to raise capital. Participants will also be able to pitch their company’s investment offering to high quality investors. If you have a founder in mind – or are one yourself — who is working on their venture full-time and has at least a minimally viable product, the Accel-VT application is here.

You can learn more about Accel-VT here.  Application deadline is October 6th.
