Academic quality and affordability are two factors that landed the University of Vermont on Kiplinger’s annual list of the best-value public colleges in the country. UVM continues to rank high on similar lists: it ranked 34th among best-value public universities in Money magazine’s 2016/17 ratings, and 38th in U.S. News & World Report‘s most recent rankings.
